Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform. By creating an account, booking services, or managing appointments, you agree to comply with the rules outlined below.


1. Definitions

1.1 User or Customer

A User or Customer is the individual who uses the platform to browse businesses, book appointments, and request services.

1.2 Business

A Business refers to the person or entity that represents a service provider and uses the platform to accept reservations from customers.

1.3 Services

Services are the activities or offerings provided by businesses that users can select to be performed during their appointments.


2. Account Creation

  • Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide, including their legal status and the services offered.
  • All new accounts are subject to review. During this period, the business page will not be visible to platform visitors.
  • Users must provide accurate contact details. These details may be used by businesses to verify appointment ownership.
  • All notifications are sent primarily to the registered business email address. The platform is not responsible for undelivered messages due to third-party email providers.
  • The platform’s responsibility is limited to confirming that emails were successfully sent.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 User Cancellations

  • If a user cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, they are entitled to a full refund.
  • If a user cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.

3.2 Business Cancellations

  • If a business cancels an appointment, the user will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurred.

3.3 Valid Cancellation Methods

  • Cancellations must be made directly through the platform.
  • Any other cancellation requests will not be considered valid, except when made through official customer support channels.

3.4 Business Cancellation Limit

  • Each business is allowed up to 15 free cancellations per month.
  • Exceeding this limit may result in additional fees or account review for further investigation.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is not liable for any services, issues, or damages that occur during or outside of an appointment.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to confirming the appointment time and verifying receipt of deposits, if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for any incorrect or misleading information provided by businesses.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, claims, or legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Medina, Saudi Arabia.

6. Termination Clause

  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
  • Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
    • Excessive cancellations.
    • Misuse of the platform to deceive or harm others.
    • Providing false or inaccurate information.
    • Filing fraudulent or false claims.
